The Anxiety Lab is a small-group class offering a gentle and supportive space to explore anxiety with curiosity and care.
We explore practical tools to understand and regulate the nervous system, combining movement, grounding exercises and guided self-reflection.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning, softening, and finding new ways to be with what is already here.

A movement practice which connects body mechanics - like the shifting of weight, creating tension and release in order to create fluidity and strength - with creative practices in order to access everyone individual ways of expression. We will work on both picking up movement material from others as much as learning to create your own movement language.
The class integrates technique in a way that is accessible for people with any level of movement experience, however part of the work can be physically challenging.
The course will be tought in English or German, depending on the prefered language of the participants.

Deep Flow is both a playful and intentional practice. We move and breathe first and foremost to explore and befriend one own’s body... which doesn’t mean that it is effortless!
Drawing from over a decade of yoga practice and anatomy knowledge from osteopathy school, Deep Flow helps you create room in your body and increase mobility. We aim for a balance between attention to detail and letting go of unnecessary expectations and tension. The pace, intensity, and focus of the class may vary from week to week, and options will be offered to support different levels and body types.
Deep Flow is taught in English.

Fluentbody is a combination of movement, dance and somatic bodywork that helps people to be generous to their body and mind.
These 60 minutes will bring you (back) into connection with your body and the present moment. Be sure you will move, sweat, feel and shake things back into place. You will be gently guided through an intuitive movement journey that is both energizing and centering.
Come as you are: no dance or movement experience needed!

Dieser Kurs fördert deine Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Koordination und Balance. Der Fokus wird jede Woche zwischen unterer und oberer Extremität gewechselt. Je nachdem werden Sprünge und einbeinige Elemente oder verschiedene Schulterstütz- und Zugaktivitäten eingebaut. Viele Übungen werden zu zweit ausgeführt, um ein besseres Feedback zur Bewegungsausführung zu bekommen, oder um sie schwieriger oder leichter zu machen. Jeder ist willkommen, seid rücksichtsvoll und habt Spaß an Bewegung.
This class will develop your strength, mobility, coordination and balance. There will be a weekly switch from upper to lower body. Depending on the focus there will be jumps and single legged elements or different forms of shoulder push-and pull activations. A lot of the exercises will be partner work, to get a better feedback of the movement, or to make them harder or easier. Every level is welcome, just be kind and enjoy moving.

After a long, structured day — this is where you loosen up. Mobility & Strength is a movement class that blends mat work with across-the-floor exploration, soft acrobatic elements, and intuitive movement to help you find coordination, strength, and space in your body.
Less structured than yoga, more playful than a workout — this class invites you to discover what your body can do when you give it a little freedom and direction at the same time. We move through the space, build functional strength, and have fun doing it.
No experience needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore in a small group
